Software Sensor ARM SI SENS, ARM-KTP, etc.
The ARM SEA SENSE program is designed to automate the operations of receiving, releasing and storing petroleum products and LPG at gas stations, gas stations, fuel depots, and other liquid products in tank farms and technological systems. The program can be used on computers with the Microsoft Windows operating system installed. The program provides joint work with PMP-201, PMP-128, PMP-118 level meters in commercial accounting systems for fuel and other liquid products, with temperature sensors SENS-PT, pressure sensors SENS-PD, gas detectors SENS GS in control systems of technological parameters and emergency protection.
The program “ARM SEA SENSE" (SEA SENSE). Technical description
The program "Calibration" (SI SENSE) is intended: - for recording calibration tables in the memory of level meters; - to verify the validity of calibration tables by the graphical method; - for automatic calculation of calibration tables according to the specified geometric dimensions of the tank and recording them in the memory of the level gauges. Calculation of calibration tables is carried out: 1) for horizontal cylindrical tanks (fig. 2): A - with flat bottoms; B - with elliptical bottoms; B - with spherical bottoms; G - with conical bottoms; D - with flat and elliptical bottoms; E - with flat and spherical bottoms; W - with flat and conical bottoms; Z - with flat bottoms of elliptical section;
The Graduation program (SI SENSE). User's Guide
The program "Setting up sensors and secondary devices" (SI SENSE) is intended for setting up devices of the measuring system “SENSE” (SI SENSE) during manufacture, installation and operation. Functions: - device health check; - adjustment of the factory settings of the devices at the operation site; - creating backups of device settings; - restore device settings from a backup after a failure or accidental reprogramming; - checking the operation of emergency and warning alarms and relays using the emulation mode
Program Setup of sensors and secondary devices (SI SENSE). User's Guide
The ARM-KTP (SI SENSE) program performs the functions of a multichannel electronic recorder of parameters measured by SI SENSE sensors and transmitting parameter values to SCADA systems via the OPC DA interface. The program can be used to automate technological processes of chemical and oil processing industries. The program implements: 1) Automatic polling of devices via the communication-power supply line of SI SENSE. 2) Display of the received parameter values on the screen. 3) Maintaining an archive in the database (archive depth is selected by the user). 4) Automatic database cleanup. 5) Display of the current graph of the selected parameter with a selectable construction period (from 15 minutes to 24 hours). 6) Displaying the historical graph of the selected parameter with a specified construction period; 7) Transmission of parameter values to SCADA systems via the OPC DA interface.
The ARM-CTP (SI SENSE) program. Technical description
The ORS Server program (SI SENSE) is designed to transmit data received via the power-communication line of SI SENSE to SCADA systems (Trace Mode, Iconics Genesis32, iFix, etc.) via the OPC DA software interface.
